DUST COLLECTION AND FILTRATION SYSTEM

Our range of reverse pulse cartridge dust collectors can capture 99.9% of particles sized 5 µm or smaller. The cleaning process is fully automated to ensure a long cartridge lifespan.

STANDARD COMPONENTS

LED LIGHTING SYSTEM

Our sandblasting booths are equipped with a high-efficiency Hi Bay LED lighting system with 18,000 lumens. Our unique design allows for easy installation, cleaning, and replacement of lights by a single technician from inside the booth. No need to climb onto the roof or involve two technicians to perform light replacements.

PLC WITH USED HMI INTERFACE

Critical component operations are fully automated through a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) touch screen. The PLC features a maintenance program that alerts the operator when it's time for a checkup or maintenance routine.

PART HANDLING SYSTEMS

OVERHEAD MONORAIL FOR SANDBLASTING BOOTH

The overhead monorail enables you to transport your parts along your production line, saving a significant amount of loading/unloading time. Our monorails are specifically designed for your handling needs.

REMOVABLE FLOORS FOR SANDBLASTING BOOTH

If you need to work with heavy parts of various shapes and sizes, the removable floor system can increase your productivity by eliminating the need to move parts between stations.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS

REMOTE DEPRESSURIZATION SWITCH

The depressurization switch is located inside the booth and enables the operator to refill the media reservoir from within the booth without needing to remove their safety equipment.

REMOTE BLAST / AIR-ONLY SWITCH

The Blast / Air-Only switch transforms the sandblasting hose into a powerful blower, producing high-velocity compressed air that can be used to dust off the freshly blasted piece or blow abrasive residues towards the floor-mounted recovery hoppers.

RUBBER LINING FOR INTERIOR PANELS

A rubber protective lining is available to safeguard the integrity of the interior walls and doors of the booth, extending their lifespan. Our design makes it easy to install and replace worn rubber sheets as the booth ages.

SAFETY DEVICES AND EMERGENCY STOP

Several safety options are available to protect your employees during sandblasting operations, such as door safety switches and emergency stop devices.

RESPIRATORY PROTECTION
