Plastic media

Plastic media is an abrasive that generates no dust and is derived from a polymer specially designed to provide increased properties in terms of tensile strength, compression, and flexion, while maintaining a relatively low hardness.

It is used for deburring plastic parts and for cleaning molds, dies, electronic connectors, as well as printed circuit boards.

Plastic media can also deburr machined cast iron molds, zinc or aluminum injected parts, and machined parts made of non-ferrous alloys.
